Welcome to Gently Skincare App! We’re excited to have you here. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you and Skincare Solutions Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) regarding your use of our mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1. Accounts

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features.

  • You must provide accurate, complete information.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

  • You confirm that you are at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction) or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Privacy

We value your privacy. Our practices for data collection, use, and storage are described in our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13, do not use the Services or provide personal information.

3. Messaging & Notifications

By creating an account, you consent to receive communications related to your account, transactions, and updates. You may opt out of marketing communications, but essential service communications will still be delivered.

  • Post or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content & Ownership

  • All content in the Services (text, graphics, software, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Skincare Solutions Inc.

  • You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to operate the Services.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

7. Paid Services & Subscriptions

  • Some Services may include paid features (e.g., premium skincare recommendations, in-app purchases).

  • Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or store policies.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through your app store account settings.


8. Termination

  • You may stop using the Services at any time.

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

  • Certain obligations (indemnification, dispute resolution, liability limitations) survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Services.

  • Skincare-related content is informational only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a licensed professional for medical concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Skincare Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skincare Solutions Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States.

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York City, NY.

  • You waive the right to participate in class actions.

  • You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@auralabs.capital.


13. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

  • These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and us.
